REFUND POLICY

Return Policy

  • Important: If you decide to return an item, please contact us by email first and inform us of the issue.

  • You may return items within 7 days of receiving them. They must be mailed within this time. Otherwise, UOOYAA will not be responsible for any return or refund.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached. The original packaging must be kept intact and in resalable condition. Items with stains, marks or damage to the fabric or tags cannot be returned.

International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to personal reasons.

  • If we sent the wrong size by mistake, we will cover the shipping fee.

  • No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returns.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us at customer service at uooyaa dot com. We will gladly send a replacement. If you do not notify us, we will assume the item was received in good condition. We will not be able to process returns for damaged items sent back without prior notification.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of the item and inform you if your refund is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds should appear within ten business days for credit card payments.

  • Refunds should appear within one to two business days for PayPal payments.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first. If it still does not appear, please contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days to post officially. Next, contact your bank, since processing time can vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customer service at uooyaa dot com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a size for the same item, please email us first at customer service at uooyaa dot com. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of exchanged items.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once we receive the item.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Local Duties and Taxes on Returns

Local taxes or import duties may be incurred when returning items. UOOYAA is not responsible for these charges. Customers are responsible for all additional fees.
